It's another amazing day in paradise. Thank you for investing your time here. I'm excited and terrified to be sharing this. Mostly because when this is moves from an idea to implementation, it's going to be incredible. It's going to change lives. It's going to make dreams come true. All that is exciting. It's the road to get there that's terrifying. Because people need this now.
Many needed it before now.
This is dedicated to the woman who sat in the room the day I originally shared this as my community project to graduate from Citizens Leadership Academy. She needed this. I didn't know.
She committed suicide about 7 months later. I don't take responsibility for that or for not launching sooner. I take note that there are others like her, not saying anything, always showing up for others when their own needs are NOT being met.
Thank you again for being here. You are the one that will move it from idea to implementation. You are the cure. You are the hope we are waiting for.
As an introduction L.U.V. Enterprises Presents is building its capacity to be the parent company of a number of services. "Be 3 C With Me" is our inaugural campaign specifically inviting residents of and businesses in Raleigh, NC to be committed, compassionate and crazy (the 3 Cs) enough to collectively address the challenges our city is being inundated with, by implementing Samaritan Style. (Other interested individuals and businesses are welcome.)
The City's mission and vision aim to make Raleigh a city "for all". With an unprecedented increase in population in a short amount of time coupled with many unexpected challenges, the City is struggling more than ever before to meet that goal. But I believe building community with Samaritan Style as its foundation, we can be committed, compassionate and crazy enough to make sure it lives up to its goal of being "for all".
I'm inviting the residents to join together to hire me and my company to lead the way to move the concept of "for all" from dream to reality. #HireLUV
A note about Samaritan Style:
There are six principles God revealed to me when studying what many people call the parable of the good Samaritan in Luke 10. Personally, I call it the parable of the Exceptional Samaritan because what the Samaritan did was truly exceptional. And Jesus literally told us to "go and do thou likewise". That means something!
Besides that charge, what stands out most to me about the principles is they are not religious. They are based on honoring the infinite and intrinsic value of all humanity. To me this means ANYONE who is committed, compassionate and crazy can practice them.

10 Areas of Concern
We Can Address Together
1. You not living your dream life, the purpose God has for you, the gift you're to bring to this world. If we're going to address concerns this is the chief among them because when you're living below your capacity or out of alignment with your true purpose it impacts everyone else, let's change that.
2. City of Raleigh's growing budget deficit, let's cause the city to reduce taxes because their responsibilities will drop when we choose to pool our resources and do things faster, better, where and how we want. We're also seeking for opportunities to partner with the City where applicable. Please Note: When taxes go up the ONLY ones who pay for that are everyday citizens. Businesses don't. They raise their prices so the consumer pays or end up going out of business if they can't justify the cost.
3. Loss and lack of affordable housing, let's provide and build compassionate housing instead
4. Eliminating homelessness, affordable housing's most intimate companion, let's create opportunities for upward mobility instead and also eliminate poverty and the next generation of prisoners
5. Reducing ACEs/childhood trauma (in adults and children), let's provide/create/build environments where children, youth and young adults are seen, safe, secure and soothed

6. Alarming rate of suicide and other violent incidents in the lives of our youth, let's provide support at home AND open third spaces where children and youth are seen, feel safe and secure, having the opportunity to be soothed
7. Preserving generational wealth, protecting our seniors, let's help them monetize their properties where possible and/or make sure their legal matters are in place
8. No Separation Allowance for firefighters and other City employees with physically demanding careers, let's fund it in partnership with the City
9. Lack of sidewalks to parks, schools and bus stops, let's privately fund sidewalks where we need them most
10. The financial burden facing so many of our nonprofits, let's provide unrestricted funds to the ones who need it most AND are doing the work that needs to be done

9 More People Needed For The G.E.T.T.M.A.D Crew
The "Gathering Elect Talent to Make A Difference" Crew
The G.E.T.T.M.A.D Crew is the Leadership Circle that forms the foundation of L.U.V. Enterprises Presents. The campaign, "Be 3 C With Me", leads the way to addressing the messes shared in the areas of concern and more.
The name is inspired by a Malcolm X quote that says, "Usually when people are sad, they don't do anything. They just cry over their condition. But when they get angry, they bring about change."
What is incredible about this quote is that to bring about external change you've got to bring about internal change first. That means leaving the sadness behind, honoring the anger, identifying where the anger is coming from then transforming it into energy that is productive versus destructive.
That's emotional intelligence. An aspect of understanding brain development, nervous system regulation and trauma so we can lead with Samaritan Style. Because community is the cure. You are the hope we are waiting for.
I have about 3 people in mind to be a part of this Leadership Circle and would like to hire up to 9 more in the next 3 months. The direction this crew will take should be decided by the participants.

8 Nonprofits to Uplift
The Goal: Provide a substantial amount of unrestricted funds to at least 8 nonprofits every month
I know you're REALLY getting curious now. What nonprofits? How in the world are we going to do all these things? AND... most importantly where is the money coming from?
Those are great questions. But can we ask bigger, more important questions instead? Why are our nonprofits begging for money in the first place? Are there organizations that need a cessation plan? Those are two critical questions to ask when you talk about funding NPOs.

6 Principles We’re Living and Building On
This is the Samaritan Style we're founded on from Luke 10:33-35
1. Have compassion, the dictionary definition not personal interpretation - Luke 10:33
(a feeling of deep sympathy and sorrow for another who is stricken by misfortune,
accompanied by a strong desire to alleviate the suffering - courtesy of dictionary.com)
2. Center healing as the primary aspect of our journeys - Luke 10:34
Before the Samaritan ever lifted the wounded man off of the road he bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine to cleanse them
3. Provide the mercy that's needed from the person in need's perspective, not yours - Luke 10:34
The man needed rest for his body to recover, the Samaritan took him to a safe place where he knew that could happen
4. Manage your energy - Luke 10:35
The Samaritan knew he only had one night to stay with the man and that was all he could do, then he handed off the responsibility to someone he trusted
5. Partner with reliable community - Luke 10:35
The relationship between the Samaritan and the innkeeper is not talked about enough, the trust they had for one another is inspiring; but it's not only that, the Samaritan realized that he needed someone from the community who knew other reliable community members who could care for the man
6. Invest financially (until mercy is no longer necessary) - Luke 10:35
The Samaritan didn't just ask the innkeeper for help, he paid the innkeeper to help and offered to pay more if the innkeeper spent more, this is to assure the man ended up back on the road he was traveling on
These principles are a divine combination of compassion and neuroscience. To make sure there are no duplicates, we call this collection of principles "Samaritan Style". And we need more people willing to live it. After all, Jesus commanded it when He said, "go and do thou likewise".

5 Main Experiences We're Influenced By
and thousands of little ones...
1. Pandemic of Love - December 2023
The numbers I use for this campaign are from the experience my young Black male superhero and I had with the Pandemic of Love. It is a mutual aid platform hosted by Shelly Tygielski through her Instagram page. She posts an IG story and invites her community to send funds directly to the individuals she's hosting or to the Pandemic of Love if they want to contribute anonymously.
Our campaign launched at 10 a.m. on Saturday, December 2, 2023. I provided 2 updates, one without Wisdom and one with him. When all was said and done, we received $20,865.24 from 329 transactions in 5 days with over $20K received in the first 36 hours.
2. Citizens Leadership Academy (CLA) - December 2024
This free City of Raleigh course was where I initially shared this 3 year plan as my community project. It was originally called the Great Buyback Raleigh.
3. The Science of Scaling by Dr. Benjamin Hardy and Blake Erickson - December 2025
I saw an ad for this free ebook and signed up for it. Then my algorithms sent me ads for their free masterclasses. I listened to them all. These were alignment and confirmation with what I felt God was directing me to do.
4. Being involved to listen to, find and provide solutions (soooooooooo many events); finding more problems AND a community that cares (2022-26)
5. Living unhoused with a child, attempting all sorts of things to obtain housing and upward mobility, with small scale success; guided by God, unable to find what I'm looking for, we're creating it with Samaritan Style

4 Initiatives We're Launching
L.U.V. will manage a Campaign, a Nonprofit and Two Businesses
Be 3 C With Me (campaign): A 36 month plan to be committed, compassionate and crazy with Samaritan Style. The objectives are gather reliable community and generate enough financial investment we can thoroughly invest in one another to prioritize individual and communal healing and exceed the objective to provide the mercy needed.
The Coalition for Compassionate Housing (management company): Community funded by choice (not through taxes and bonds), centered on Samaritan Style principles without requiring religious affiliation or dedication, compassionate housing allows renters to choose the type and location for their housing that best serves their needs, reduces barriers for renting, provides upward mobility opportunities and considers what makes the unit affordable for the individual or family without pressure to perform meaning genuine housing that's affordable to all income types. Rooted Legacy and Living L.U.V. are also a part of The Coalition.
A Revolutionary Act of Compassion: (nonprofit) This foundation will provide low barrier, unrestricted funds to community chosen nonprofit organizations and micro grants ($500-2500) to individuals to complete community focused projects. Priority will be given to those who have presented an idea to graduate from Raleigh Neighborhood College, Citizens Leadership Academy or Walnut Creek Watershed Learning Network.
Eventually we hope to create a public-private partnership with the City of Raleigh to fund separation allowance for all workers with physically demanding careers, build sidewalks to parks, schools and bus stops and expand the reach of their award winning Bringing Neighbors Home project to eliminate homelessness.
L.U.V. L.I.F.E. Cooperative: Developing density brings more people but doesn't necessarily create community. That's what this cooperative will be a collection of third spaces being intentional about creating community, a community that Loves life, all life and each other. Any money paid to the "Be 3 C With Me" campaign will eventually be converted into points the original contributor can use on the platform in exchange for goods and services. More to come on this exciting opportunity!

The #1 reason you should Be 3 C With Me is because some aspect of your dream life is bound to come to pass. We're building a new system here. One where you get to participate in building a community that meets your needs AND where you can be a part of meeting someone else's.
This is how we operated for thousands of years before oppression and colonization. We're going back home to the way our nervous systems prefer to be, in harmony with one another. But we need YOU! And we need you to #SpreadLUVSpreadLove.

The Ask - The Opportunity

My prayer is this is exactly what you've been waiting for.
Hire L.U.V. for Higher Love - L.U.V. Enterprises Presents is the parent company of all these projects. L.U.V., as an acronym, means "learn ur value" and we are BIG on making sure people aren't making themselves small. That's why we're inviting you to bring a different vibe, new energy to Raleigh, NC.!
So please tell me about your dream life. To be clear, "dream life" means what God put you here to do. What's the purpose of your life? Yes! You have one. And it's OK if you don't know it yet. When you hire L.U.V., we'll work together to make some aspect of it, if not all of it, come to pass. In a way that serves you best, according to your standards. Because when you Hire L.U.V. we're for Higher Love, internally and externally.
Make Me A Millionaire - Why? 1. Because money is the biggest barrier and the greatest portal to anything you want in life. At least, that's what we've been led to believe. And... initially... on this platform...it will be. But as we build our reliable community of partners, our need for money will diminish because we have one another.
2. As a parent coach, I have learned that when we want to change a habit we need something to replace it with. If we don't have that something or don't see someone else doing it then we are less likely to achieve our desired outcome. So for others to want to disperse their wealth, they need an example of how to do it.
Becoming a millionaire and dispersing wealth equitably is an honor I'm looking forward to. But that doesn't come without great responsibility, to make sure the funds are going to people who will be wise stewards of those funds. And they will. Because we're going to build the reliable community we want to partner with. Because when you hire L.U.V. we're for Higher Love, individually and communally.
So if you're in a position to make a contribution to this campaign, please do. We're generating funds for 36 months straight. We're starting high and scaling back over the next three years to build solid infrastructure that will sustain us for the long term.
Community is the Cure - We need you. We need you as you are, with your lived expertise and healing to walk with others and bring them along. We need, want and desire you to get involved for you and for those who are looking for you, even if neither of you know it yet.
Please remember principle number 4 of Samaritan Style though, "manage your energy". We do not intend to ask you to do more than what you can handle. And we do not intend to expect more than what you're offering to provide. If you ever feel different, please give us a good talking to.
You are the Hope we are Waiting For - You already know this. You already are. You already have been. You will continue to be, if you want. I'm seeking to corral this hope and use it for our collective good, our collective rising. I want us to be each other's hope, removing all barriers to hope and the good that it's expecting. When all is said and done, I want everyone to know that we can find anyone or anything we want and need anywhere in the city of Raleigh!
